Yes I think that’s great and perfectly youthful and girly. I think the skirt is a liittle short, but then again Blake’s got legs for a mile. Also, I think your sister could dress this down professionally with a blazer and more opaque tights, and then whip off the blazer and throw on some cute cocktail rings and go out on the town.
