I’ve decided that in my best interests, I need to cut way down on refined sugar and processed/empty carbs. I’m a total addict.
I think a primarily paleo diet would suit me well since I don’t need to completely cut out fruits, etc..as opposed to keto. I love fruit!
Anyway, here’s breakfast today since I woke up early enough. Baked avocado and #organicare eggs with mozzarella, and asparagus with parmesan. (at Chez Chené en Westdale Parke)
